Last Friday, Authorizations enforced by the current American administration under Trump showed that the White House chose to move away from the Iran nuclear agreement. The act hauled up approvals in which resulted in Boeing pushing through with its negotiations as allowed.
In December, Boeing negotiated with Iran Air selling 80 aircraft to the airline, stating that it coordinated comprehensively with the U.S. government to guarantee that the promise pushed through. In total, the price of the planes sold was at $16.6 billion. Iran however claimed that the price was just half of the said value.
