Home prices in China’s property market surged in 44 cities in February as the two-year government’s campaign of limiting property speculation takes it full effect.
The recent indications from The National Bureau of Statistics displayed a price increase in 44 of 70 cities tracked. The data which excluded the government-subsidized housing, have indeed rose if to compare with the 52 cities in recorded in January.
The NBS also recorded a price fall for 16 cities from the previous month whereas 10 being unchanged during the period. According to reports, the increase was one of the fewest since September’s data.
